Windsurfing: Blithfield
Wind Direction: NW
Wind Stength: 20mph
Surf / Sea State: Chop
Air Temperature: Warm
Sea Temperature: Warm
Weather: Sunny
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Only 16 mph given on WindGuru Pro and 13 mph on BBC, but Blithfield seems to get more than forecast in a North-westerly so decided it was worth a try. True to form the wind came in and I had a couple of hours nicely powered on 6.4 and 100 litres. There was enough to stay upwind with only short reaches and a gybe at each end so did lots of gybing. Good to get consistent conditions to work out what is working or not working with gybes. Made good progress trying different things. Great fun blasting along, picking a line through the chop with the sun sparkling on the water. A top session.
